Terroir:

Situated in the town of Mazan, on hillsides oriented South-Est.

Soil: clay and limestone.

Grape variety:

70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Carignan.

All are old vines and are manually disbudded. We practice green harvest.

Grapes are handpicked; enabling us to select the best berries.

Wine making and maturing:

The process involves racking and returning. Maturing in “demi muids”: 600 liters barrels (5 wines minimum).

Wine tasting:

Colour: Bright cherry red.

Nose: Rip fruits. Silky smooth sensation. Discreet undergrowth and truffles fragrance.

Palate: Fleshy but elegant. Fresh and frank. Kirsch aroma, raspberry, cheery and dark chocolate. Roasted and toasted finish. Good length.
